Students and parents together really enjoy the activities.  We also cook LAO'UY with our kids and make FRUIT SALAD.

These activities will revolve around the theme that aims to promote the consumption of vegetables contained in the fifth Nutritional Guidelines for Filipinos to prevent and eliminate deficiencies in Vitamin A and iron in the Filipino diet. It likewise advocates the habit of eating at least three servings of vegetables every day.

After eating we headed back again to the GYM to watch The SEARCH FOR BEST NUTRITION MONTH CUSTOME.

A hectic sched for me and for my children indeed...so tired but we enjoyed it a lot.

GOOD JOB Girls you make me PROUD OF YOU.
